Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of key brand visuals across digital, print, and spatial formats (web, social, signage, presentations, campaigns, merch, events).
- Develop and maintain the Factory brand identity, ensuring cohesion and clarity across all assets and sub-brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative work.
- Translate abstract ideas and strategic direction into powerful, visual storytelling.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and freelancers.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, and external agencies to ensure quality and consistency in execution.
- Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand coherence – from posters in the hallway to motion design for global campaigns.
