We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead (m/w/d) who can own strategy and execution across all channels, while helping define how our new model shows up in the world.

Strategy:
- Shape and execute Factory Berlin’s marketing strategy for our shift into a neo company builder and supporter of artists from all backgrounds.
- Own the annual marketing plan, channel mix, and budget allocation.
- Act as the operational bridge between marketing and other teams.
Brand Development:
- Strengthen and evolve Factory Berlin’s brand presence across all touchpoints: website, social, paid, email, PR, events, OOH and more.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all content, copy, and creative output.
- Co-develop campaigns that strengthen Factory’s Berlin’s new brand positioning.
Campaigns & Channels:
- Own all marketing channels including: email marketing, CRM flows, paid campaigns, social, website, search, and offline activations.
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns for talent acquisition, events, and thought leadership.
- Lead event marketing for high-profile productions (e.g., summits, panels, creative experiences), ensuring strong attendance, visibility, and post-event momentum.
SEO, Content & Website:
- Oversee website content, ensuring clear positioning, conversion-focused UX, and strong on-page SEO.
- Conduct regular audits, prioritizing organic traffic growth.
- Identify content opportunities based on search demand, market trends, and competitor insights.
Paid Media:
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Own targeting, bidding, creative testing, landing pages, and budget optimisation.
- Report on ROI and continuously refine the paid strategy to reach founders, creatives, and talent.
Analytics, Reporting & Tracking:
- Build reporting frameworks to measure funnel performance, campaign ROI, and event impact.
- Translate data into action: identifying opportunities, optimising spend, and informing leadership decisions.
Partnerships & Cross-Functional Work:
- Serve as the main marketing counterpart for key partnerships and venture collaborations.
- Develop co-marketing activations with partners, founders, and creators.
- Support venture teams with strategic insights, positioning, and go-to-market guidance when required.
