Responsibilities
Factory Creative is seeking an Art Program Coordinator (m/w/d) with strong organizational skills and an established network in the art world. This role supports the development, coordination, and execution of exhibitions, artist programs, and cultural collaborations, while actively leveraging relationships with artists, galleries, curators, and institutions.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on production experience with a deep understanding of contemporary art and a natural ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships across the creative ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage art programs, exhibitions, and events from concept to execution
- Serve as the main point of contact for artists, galleries, curators, and cultural partners
- Activate and expand personal network to identify artists, collaborators, and partnership opportunities
- Support artist relations, onboarding and communications
- Assisting curatorial research, program development, and content planning
- Partake in logistics for installations, openings, talks, and public programs
- Maintain timelines, budgets, and production schedules
- Contribute to strategic partnerships with galleries, institutions, and creative organizations
