Founding Managing Director – AI Venture Builder (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Mission:
You will build an AI-first venture-building platform from the ground up. Your mandate is to establish a highly scalable, technology-driven venture machine that systematically develops, automates, and brings new business models to market maturity. You will combine entrepreneurial excellence with radical business process reengineering and the targeted use of AI agents. You operate like a co-founder at the platform level.

Your Role:
1. Build an AI-First Venture Platform

Design and implement a scalable venture-building framework (Ideation → Validation → MVP → Market Entry → Scale → Exit/Spin-off)
Define strategic direction and prioritize the venture portfolio
Build a repeatable “company creation engine”
Develop data-driven decision-making and steering mechanisms

2. Business Process Reengineering at Platform Level

Fundamentally redesign all core processes across the venture value chain
Develop standardized, modular end-to-end process architectures
Systematicallyidentifyand realize efficiency and automation potential
Establish a scalable process governance framework with clear KPIs

3. AI Agents & Automation Infrastructure

Design and implement AI agents to support:
- Market analysis & opportunity screening
- Business case validation
- Product development & operations
- Performance tracking & decision-making
Work closely with internal tech teams to build a modular, scalable system landscape
Prioritize the technology roadmap with a clear AI-first strategy

4. Leadership & Team Building

Build and lead a highly qualified core team (AI, process engineering, product, tech, operations)
Recruit top talent from the startup and AI ecosystem
Establish a high-performance and ownership culture
Enable fast decision cycles and entrepreneurial accountability
Build a strong external network in the AI, tech, and venture ecosystem

5. Strategic Steering & Reporting

Work closely with the executive management team as a true peer
Develop clear performance metrics for ventures and the platform
Derive strategic recommendations for action
Ensure quality, scalability, and capital efficiency

Qualifications

Several years of experience building and scaling startups or new business units (not purely a traditional corporate background)
Entrepreneurial experience in a venture builder, tech, or AI environment
Deepexpertisein business process reengineering
Proventrack recorddesigning andoptimizingcomplex end-to-end business processes
Hands-on experience building or using AI agents and automation systems
Strong network within the AI, tech, and founder ecosystem
Demonstrated leadership experience building high-performing expert teams
Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution
Ability to create structure in dynamic, growth-oriented environments
High initiative, decisiveness, and an ownership mentality
